Role: General Manager - hospitality

Your Responsibilities:

• Increase Sales: Drive growth and expand market share
• Oversee Company Operations: Ensure profitability in alignment with budget and forecasts
• Lead and energize the team: Be the leader of a large team
• Enhance Market Presence: Elevate the customer experience
• Core Competencies: Focus on sales and customer satisfaction; lead and motivate the team; prioritize productivity and customer base expansion
• Manage total income and balance sheet

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in a managerial role within sales & marketing, particularly in the entertainment, tourism, or MICE sectors
• Proficiency in B2C business, general management, and a strong drive and ambition
• Capability to lead large teams and oversee entire company operations
• Accountability for P&L / EBITDA
• Strong sales orientation
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Czech is a plus
