About your manager

Roman Šťáhlavský leads our Technology Consulting team for the SAP area. He has been working in consulting since 1997 and has worked on many projects for both Czech and international clients. Since 1994, he has also been working on projects that have something to do with SAP technologies. When he is not working, he is probably playing as a bass guitarist somewhere with his band or spending time with his family.

Job description & summary

Due to growing demand for our services in the field of SAP Implementation and Consulting we are seeking for new recent graduates that are interested in becoming an SAP consultant! Are you a final year student or have you just graduated and looking for your first interesting work experience? Join our Technology Consulting team and take part in some of the largest and most high-profile projects on the local market!   • Working mainly with the SAP modules SAP MM/SD/EWM
  • Assisting on projects throughout all stages of the project life cycle including: Designing, implementing and maintaining SAP applications
  • Analyzing, preparing conceptual design, developing and optimizing business processes (Data modelling, Data delivery & Extraction processes, Customizing, Reporting)
  • Building and planning of IT infrastructure for new developments of applications
  • Quality assurance of development in client's SAP environment including creation of user manuals or technical operation guidelines
  • Supporting Business - users in case of incidents/ problems
  • Actively communicate and cooperate with customers

Requirement of the role

  • A recent graudate or maximum 2 years after gradutation
  • Interest in the area of procurement and logistics
  • An academic background in logistics and supply chain management would be considered an advantage
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and other ERP solutions is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Czech and English (speaking and writing), other languages to candidate’s advantage *
  • Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills
  • Flexibility, responsibility, conscientiousness, reliability, self-reliance
  • The ability to work as an independent member of our team with excellent organizational skills and the capability to address multiple goals at one given time
  • Advanced user of MS Office package (Excel, PPT, Word)
  • Team player
