INTERNATIONAL REAL ESTATE COMPANY is ready to hire an experienced professional with a proven track record within Technical Due Diligence.

Successful and dynamic international real estate company is looking to appoint a Project Manager with specialisation in technical due diligence of commercial and residential portfolio of projects.

We are searching for someone who is proactive and self -motivated in delivering high quality results, well organized and good team leader.

Your main responsibilities as a Project Manager will involve:

  • Building relationships with existing clients of the Project and Construction consulting department and building new contracts across divisions.
  • Providing expert advice starting with the assessment of the construction, estimating the cost of repairing defects and the investment budget for potential future renovations.
  • Work across a range of commercial real estate, including offices, industrial and logistics buildings, retail and residential real estate for our clients, institutional and private investors, developers, corporate organizations, landlords, tenants.
  • Involvement in business development strategies to create new business opportunities and at the same time to implement client orders.
  • The role may also include occasional project management in the range from 1 – 50 million CZK, acting on behalf of landlords, tenants, developers and investors.
  • Tender contractors and external consultants and present the results.
  • Managing the project within the schedule, terms of the contract and obtaining all necessary permits for the approval
  • Responsibility for budget, quality and timing of the project and presents the results to a Cost Manager.
  • Participation in control days
  • Responsibility for managing the process of obtaining and issuing the final approval decision.
  • Managing and coordinating the whole process in all phases
  • Executes and delivers presentations, reports to clients/investors.

As an ideal candidate, you will hold university degree in civil engineering with around 3 years of experience in commercial development and construction. Work experience in the field of technical audits, TDD and project consulting. Excellent customer service. Proficient knowledge of English and Czech/Slovak is essential, together with great organisational and negotiation skills.
