About the team and the role

We are looking for a PR professional to join our team in Prague. Lush Czech operates three successful stores, all based in Prague, and is part of a dynamic CEE network that includes Hungary and Poland. Lush Czech prides itself on managing its operations locally, supported by a small team based in our Prague office. This structure allows you to work with a wider network, allowing you to share your ideas, strengthen the community and collaborate with PR professionals from other countries to help grow our core business.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about communications and have a solid understanding of local Influencers/Content Creators (media are beneficial). The primary objective of the role is to drive awareness of the Lush brand, products and campaigns through strategic PR activity. As part of the CEE PR team, you will work closely with your manager and colleagues across the region. You will have the opportunity to build and develop relationships with influencers and journalists, explore new opportunities and help create a cosmetics revolution while strengthening Lush’s position as a beloved brand.

In this role, you will report to and be supported by the CEE PR Lead.

As (Junior) PR Assistant & Influencer Relations your role will be:

• Influencer Relations for Czech and Slovakia - looking for new contacts, establish current database,

• Preparing PR newsletters and Press Releases,

• Packing PR parcels,

• Manage events (internal and external) and press trips planning,

• Arrange shop visits for SoMe creators and journalists,

• Weekly and monthly reports (Media & Influencer parts),

• Increasing sales and footfall,

• Executing PR strategy, with the guidance of the CEE PR lead, to help achieve the overall Global targets and the local CZ/SK business goals

• Coming up with new ways how to present brand values and visibility in exciting ways for SoMe creators and in the media

• Support openings of new shops,

• As a PR assistant, you will be supporting your manager also with media relations, external events etc. (an opportunity to learn and grow in the PR and Marketing environment) 

• Daily communication with your manager, shop managers and other departments e.g. DF manager, Digital manager, Brand.

Our perfect match

Skills and experience:

• You have 1-3 years of experience in Influencer Relations (Media Relations are beneficial)

• Experience with organising events

• You are creative and proactive

• You have overview/knowledge on Social Media trends and Influencers/Social Media Creators on Czech and Slovak market

• You have Mailchimp skills

• You have strong organisation skills 

• You can adapt very quickly and can handle stressful situations and ad hoc tasks

• You have a strong hands-on mentality to ensure tasks are completed to the highest standard and do not lose sight of the bigger picture

• You are an excellent communicator who is able to spread Lush Brand values and Ethics to Influencers and media as a Brand Ambassador

• Proficiency in English and Czech, with strong written and oral communication skills.
