For our dedicated client we are looking for a right candidate on the position of Finance Manager/Chief Accountant.
job responsibilities:
- Lead the finance department and oversee the financial management of the company
- Forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for the parent company
- Preparing ad-hoc reports for company management
- Monitoring and analyzing costs, revenues, and other key performance indicators
- Ensuring compliance with legislation and accounting standards both internal and external
- Overseeing financial audits, tax, and other regulatory controls
- Collaborating with other departments – logistics, warehouse, sales, and marketing
- Managing annual inventory processes
who we are looking for
- University degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role or senior accounting position, ideally in an international environment
- Advanced knowledge of Czech accounting and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with some ERP system; MS Office (advanced Excel skills)
- Proficiency in English (daily communication across countries), proficiency in Czech
