Your job will involve resolving customers‘ requests, managing them in the system, responding accurately and on time, and ensuring that the service provided is professional. You will also participate in process improvements.

Profil kandidáta:

Fluent English a Swedish (B2 in both)

Good analytical a communication skills

Interest in technologies
