We are seeking a Strategic Projects Expert to join our client´s Global ESG Reporting team in their our Prague office. In this role, you will port key ESG initiatives, including the EU Taxonomy and CSRD implementation, helping to ensure their sustainability reporting meets regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the EU Taxonomy and CSRD project execution, including readiness assessments and stakeholder coordination.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance in non-financial reporting.
• Manage project documentation, timelines, and audit-proof materials.
• Implement new reporting tools and XBRL tagging.
• Collaborate with the Strategic Projects Team across Prague and Switzerland.
• Team Structure: You’ll work closely with the Head of Strategic Projects, the Strategic Projects Senior Manager, and two team members based in Switzerland.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in finance, reporting, and project management.
• Knowledge of sustainability standards (CSRD, EU Taxonomy).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or related fields.
