We have a great opportunity for a KAM/Sales Leader to join dynamic CZ/SK Affiliate team, based in CZ. Reporting into CZ/SK GM, this role is responsible for maximizing the future business of the biologic dermatology portfolio and drive profitability, all with a strong
commercial focus based on identifying the needs of hospital accounts and different stakeholders and how to satisfy them using innovation as a differentiating core of competition. The KAM/Sales Leader combines strong strategic thinking with a hands-on
mentality to achieve the ambitious goals of building a strong dermatology portfolio.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate and manage the team of KAMs in two countries with biologic portfolio in the area under their responsibility to ensure that they meet all the requirements of the position and having own responsibility for several hospital accounts/territory in CZ
  • Responsible for the planning, execution of objectives/projects and actions of the sales team in their territory and establish KPIs that allow measuring their traceability and success.
  • Responsible for maximizing sales in their territory with a rational use of resources for optimal investment and return.
  • Coordination of KAMs for the operation and alignment of Account plans and process - to ensure account prioritisation, analysis, action planning, execution and measurement
  • Perform coaching tasks for the team to lead them to a KAM excellence implementation plan
  • Ensure data management process, train and keep track of VEEVA CRM, segmentation and targeting
  • Contribute to building a strong local Brand Team resulting in the best collaboration and synergy with medical and sales, especially in building and maintaining a strong Key Opinion Leader network with physicians and other relevant stakeholders
  • Promote the analysis and identification of market trends and actions that may impact their territory and analyze and identify the actions and resources of the competition.

Education and Experience

  • Master degree preferably in Life Sciences.
  • Previous experience of 5 years in KAM/or sales management of biologics
  • Previous experience in products in the Dermatology area, desirable
  • A thorough understanding of the the hospital environment and biologic budget (negotiation with managements)
  • Evidence of a strong sales track record and experience of key account handling is essential

Specific Knowledge

  • Proven relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in Czech or Slovak
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Knowledge of Czech compliance rules.
