GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN SUCCESSFUL COMPANY

Successful and dynamic international property investor is looking to appoint a Letting Manager for CZ. The main purpose of the role will be securing tenants for their shopping Centre properties.

The role will cover:

• Responsibility for execution of lease contracts (negotiating conditions, contracts preparation) in cooperation with legal department.
• Letting of retail units
• Seize opportunities to seek suitable tenants
• Maintain relationship with already existing tenants and negotiate letting contracts renewals
• Monitor the market
• Regularly report to the Country Manager of the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
• Support and close cooperation with colleagues in the letting team
• Communication with marketing department
•  

Other activities of the role will be:

Communication with internal asset management, development department, marketing team.

Reports preparation for investor´s purposes. To train the letting supportive staff (if necessary).

The Letting Manager will have:

At least 3 years of experience in letting of retail units; dynamic personality, proactive approach.

Fluency in English and Czech/ Slovak is also essential.
