We are currently seeking a Junior Compliance Specialist who is motivated and excited to contribute to a dynamic, forward-thinking company.

What would you work on?

• Support our group sustainability initiative - prepare ESG double materiality assessment and documentation for the whole Second Foundation Group.
• Ensure GDPR and Cyber Security compliance of the Second Foundation Group.
• Develop and maintain internal regulations to ensure compliance with REMIT, EMIR, AI Act and other relevant regulations for the Second Foundation business group.
• Oversee REMIT/EMIR and other reporting frameworks, monitor and troubleshoot automated reporting solutions.
• Review and monitor collateral requirements across various markets.
• Assess risks related to licenses and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct internal compliance audits and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide compliance guidance.

What makes you a great candidate?

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, basic data operation skills are an advantage.
• Experience in compliance, risk management, or data operation is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent in Czech and English (required).
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving regulatory environment.
• Also suitable for students (law, finance, business) as a part-time job (minimum of 3 days per week).
